Diane Farrell

Diane Farrell is the Deputy Under Secretary for International Trade, where she oversees policy, operations, and a $613 million budget at the International Trade Administration. Previously, she advised on Asia-related economic and trade issues and served as Executive Vice President at the U.S. India Business Council. Her experience includes a term on the U.S. EXIM Bank board, focusing on transactions and policy for India and Southeast Asia, and as the First Selectwoman of Westport, Connecticut, managing infrastructure projects and maintaining the town’s AAA bond rating. Farrell holds a BA in American government from Wheaton College, Massachusetts, and has received the Presidential Rank Award as a Meritorious Executive for her service.

Neil Sahota

Neil Sahota, UN AI Advisor and IBM Master Inventor, is a bestselling author of Own the A.I. Revolution, part-time UC Irvine Professor, and seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience. He collaborates with enterprises across various sectors to develop cutting-edge products and solutions fueled by emerging technologies.
